Great place, location excellent, price even better!! The rooms were clean, and beds were very comfy. The staff were so friendly, they treated us like family. Susie was great with our kids.We ate several times in the restaurant and the food was sooo good! Myself and my wife had the Fish & chips tonight and it was amazing, batter was very light and crispy, tasted great. Obviously had to have a pint of Guinness….again poured to perfection and tasted even better!! Would definitely recommend this hotel!!

Stayed here for 5 days this week. Ideal location. Rooms are lovely and kept clean along with the whole hotel. The staff were all extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. They work very long hours but are always professional and so helpful. We ate at the hotel a few evenings and the food was really good. Will definitely go back and stay at this hotel again.

We only stayed one night in the Bangor location but found it really comfortable and as friendly as usual which we find is pretty consistent in Premier inns. On arrival and also the following morning we were pleasantly greeted and looked after very hospitably by Susie. As we were a little late for breakfast not realising that it finished 30 minutes esrlier on weekdays, Susie went out of her way to accommodate us and even the chef came out to apologise for the last minute lack of freshly cooked food!

Read some 1* reviews and I couldn't disagree more. The room is nice and cosy. It has everything you'd possibly need. The food is lovely. I've eaten multiple breakfasts and dinners here and would recommend giving it a try, you won't be disappointed. Those complaining about the service sound so entitled, and for the sake of the staff I'm glad they won't be back. Over a week I've stayed and the staff have been so polite and helpful. Every time I have a stupid question they are always willing to listen. Rachael and Torrian (my bad if I misspelled that) have been by far the most accomodating members of staff I've had the pleasure of speaking with so far, if you see them behind the counter leave a tip! Overall a 10/10 experience, and a very affordable one at that, would highly recommend, Jake

Just had a 4 night stay. Staff are really helpful and can't do enough for you. For the ladies, no need to pack a hairdryer, the one in the room is normal size and powerful! Would 100% recommend for a stay over.

Hubby and I had a lovely relaxing stay at the Bangor Hotel earlier this month. Our room was great, food too, and Duty Manager Susie, on hearing it would be my birthday in a couple of days, sent over a little bottle of prosecco, a bar of chocolate and a card with birthday greetings. The staff were all so helpful, and the personal touch made the stay extra special. Many thanks to all at the Bangor Premier Inn. I can thoroughly recommend a visit.

Got to the hotel and was greeted with a good afternoon how are you today. Went out for a meal to celebrate our anniversary to find prosecco and chocolates left in our room when we got back- can only guess that Jan picked this up from us at check in. A very nice touch. Our room was spotless and so quiet. Breakfast was busy but food was fresh and plentiful.
